School board meetings planned for this week
Kokomo School Board meets at 6 p.m. Monday in the Administrative Service Center, 1500 S. Washington St., Kokomo.
Up for approval are school calendars.
Peru School Board meets at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Peru Junior Senior High School, 410 N. Broadway St., Peru. This is both a change in date and location.
Eastern School Board meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at 221 W. Main St., Greentown.
Tipton School Board meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Community Room, 817 S. Main St., Tipton. Meetings are also livedstreamed on the Tipton Community School Corporation YouTube page.
The board is expected to appoint a new board member following the resignation of Amber Rodibaugh last month. Three people interviewed for the open seat Dec. 2
An update to next year’s school calendar is also expected as to align the district’s fall and spring breaks with the other schools in the Kokomo Area Special Education Cooperative.
A work session at 5:30 p.m. precedes the meeting.
Taylor School Board meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at 3750 E. 300 South, Kokomo. An agenda was not available Friday afternoon.
Northwestern School Board meets at 7 p.m. Thursday in the high school library, 3431 N. 400 West, Kokomo. An agenda had not been posted as of Friday afternoon.
